EX-CJ’s GIRL & LOVER HELD IN JAIL FOR FIGHT!

Feuding pair face resisting arrest and ‘cuss’ raps

THE daughter of a late top judge and her fiancé were arrested and held in a police jail
for fighting downtown, Punch can reveal.
Capri Isaacs and her lover Derek Nottage are expected to appear in the magistrate’s court today.
The pair face charges of obscene language, resisting arrest, causing harm and disorderly behaviour.
Isaacs, 25, and Nottage, 35, fought each other outside the MAC make-up shop near Athena’s Cafe.

The bust-up happened on downtown Bay Street on Saturday. It took police officers some time to stop the lovers’ quarrel and subdue Isaacs and Nottage. The pair were held in cells at Central Police Station in Bank Lane downtown.
Isaacs and Nottage live in St Al- bans Drive, off West Bay Street.

She is unemployed. Nottage works at Superior Alarm & Electronics. Isaacs is the daughter of the late
Chief Justice Stephen Isaacs.
The artist Sonia Isaacs, the sister of Stephen Isaacs, is the legal guardian of Capri Isaacs. Capri’s mother Portia Algreen, died in March 2020, two years after Capri’s father Stephen Isaacs passed in 2018. Both parents died of cancer.
As a result of Capri’s parents’ illnesses, Deputy Chief Magistrate Subusola Swain acted as a stand- in mother to Capri. However, in recent times, Magistrate Swain ended her role as standin mother due to the erratic behaviour of Capri.
The troubled Capri reportedly has declined to seek therapy for her problematic habits. She is reportedly a masseuse therapist.
A story circulating online claims that the girl fighting in a video on social media is Oluwafolakemi ‘Fola’ Swain, daughter of Magistrate Swain. This is not true. Fola Swain, 25, is a lawyer at law office Higgs & Johnson. Fola Swain is not connected in anyway to the fight between Capri & fiancĂ© Nottage.
